Three days of tradition, gastronomy, and community in the heart of the Pinerolo area
In the heart of the Pinerolo plains, the town of Macello (Province of Turin, Piedmont) celebrates its patron saint, Saint Mary Magdalene, every year with a village festival that draws in locals, neighboring districts, and visitors alike. Traditionally held around July 20th, the celebration spans three days—from Saturday to Monday—alternating religious rites at the parish of Saint Mary Magdalene, part of the Diocese of Pinerolo, with festivities organized by the Pro Loco and the Municipality.
The Macello Patronal Feast is more than just a date on the calendar: it is a moment when the entire community comes together. The town squares and the industrial area come alive with stalls, rides, children's attractions, food stands, a beer garden, and bars, while the evening program offers entertainment for all generations.
