The Sicilian proverb "At Saint Martin's, every must becomes wine" perfectly captures the spirit of the evening.
The festival takes place in the evocative setting of the Convent Cloister, one of the most characteristic spots in Cianciana, which comes alive in the evening with long tables, aromas, and conviviality. The intimate atmosphere of the cloister makes the event a gathering point for the entire community, with a special focus on rediscovering the flavors and habits of the past.

Cianciana can be reached by car via the SS118 (Agrigento-Corleone). The nearest airport is Palermo Falcone-Borsellino; Catania Fontanarossa is an alternative. The reference railway station for the area is Agrigento.
