Organized by the Pro Loco of Vezza d'Oglio, the evening offers a dinner with traditional dishes (appetizers, casonsèi, dessert, water, wine, and coffee) and the unmissable casonsèi eating contest: a challenge among eaters where the winner is the one who makes the most disappear from their plate, with the prize being... more casonsèi. A convivial and playful moment that brings together the village and visitors.
An established tradition
Now a well-established event on Vezza d'Oglio's autumn calendar, the Casonselada links the Saint Martin's Day commemoration with the taste of Camunian cuisine. Registration for the dinner and contest is handled by the Pro Loco. It's an opportunity to discover the upper Valle Camonica off-season, at the foot of the Adamello massif.
