The food stalls open in the evening, transforming Sant'Ermete into a meeting point for gourmets and for those who want to discover the hinterland of Vado Ligure through its most famous dishes.
Sagra dei Piatti Liguri — edition 2026
For 2026, the sagra is scheduled for June 20 and 21 in the hamlet of Sant'Ermete. This year again, the star dish is the Cappon Magro by starred chef Giuse Ricchebuono.
The menu also includes rabbit Ligurian-style and other traditional specialties. The stalls, managed by S.M.S. Diritto e Doveri, open from 7:00 PM.
