In 2025, the Sagra dei Piatti Liguri in Sant'Ermete featured the famous Cappon Magro by starred chef Giuse Ricchebuono and regional traditional specialties, confirming the formula that combines village festival and haute cuisine in the hinterland of Vado Ligure.
The 2025 edition of the Sagra dei Piatti Liguri confirmed the success of the formula in the hamlet of Sant'Ermete. The Cappon Magro by starred chef Giuse Ricchebuono was the main attraction, alongside other traditional dishes.
Organized by S.M.S. Diritto e Doveri, the sagra attracted gourmets from the coast and the Savona hinterland, combining gastronomic quality and conviviality.
