Food trucks from all over Italy and live music in Piazza Farini
The Russi Street Food Festival is the event that enlivens Piazza Farini every spring, in the historic center of Russi, a municipality in the province of Ravenna, in Emilia-Romagna. For three days, the square fills with colorful food trucks, aromas, and music, attracting visitors from all over Romagna. Admission is free, and the format is the tried-and-tested traveling street food: you stroll among the trucks, choose what to taste, and sit down at tables in the square.
The gastronomic offer is the true heart of the event and ranges from Romagnola tradition to cuisines from all over the peninsula, up to international specialties. Among the usual offerings found at the stalls:
In addition to food, the festival offers live rock music and shows for all ages every evening. The concert evenings, street artist performances, and circus shows make the Russi Street Food Festival a true village festival, where street food intertwines with entertainment and the desire to be together in the square.
Thanks to free admission, openings also for lunch on weekends, and entertainment dedicated to children—from soap bubbles to circus shows—the event is designed for everyone to enjoy. Organized by BOF with the support of the Municipality of Russi, the festival is now an anticipated event of the Romagnola spring.
