The grand night dedicated to Apulian rosé wines in Stornara
This edition has not been confirmed by the organiser to date. We recommend checking before going.
Rosè di Sera - Night of Apulian Rosé Wines is the summer event celebrating one of the region's most iconic products: rosé wine. The festival takes place in Stornara, a small town in the Tavoliere delle Puglie, in the province of Foggia. Over the years, it has grown into the largest tasting experience dedicated to regional rosés. Conceived and organized by the ARCI Travel association of Stornara, the event is supported by the Puglia Region, PugliaPromozione, the Municipality of Stornara, and in collaboration with AIS Foggia.
At the heart of the evening is the food and wine trail, which brings together over thirty Apulian wineries, each invited to share the richness and nuances of their rosé labels. Participants receive a tasting kit including a wine glass, a glass holder, and tickets, allowing them to sample various wines at the stands set up for the occasion. The glasses of rosé are paired with food stations featuring local products, offering a journey through the flavors of the Tavoliere that highlights local excellence.
Rosè di Sera is more than just wine: the tasting experience is intertwined with a rich entertainment program that keeps the crowd engaged until late at night. The stage hosts a rotation of live music, comedy shows, and cabaret, concluding with a DJ set that turns the evening into a true party. Past editions have featured living tableaux inspired by Caravaggio, jazz quintets, and renowned Apulian comedians, confirming its mission to blend wine culture, entertainment, and social connection.
The initiative was born with the goal of promoting Apulian rosé wine, a product increasingly appreciated both nationally and internationally. Through meetings between industry professionals, B2B sessions, and public tastings, Rosè di Sera connects producers, enthusiasts, and visitors, helping to strengthen the oenological identity of a land deeply rooted in viticulture like Puglia.
Hosting this event is a source of pride for Stornara: the town in the Foggia area, nestled in the Tavoliere plains, preserves a long agricultural and winemaking tradition. The night of the rosés thus becomes an opportunity to discover the region, its wineries, and its hospitality, in a summer setting that combines fine wine, music, and warm Apulian hospitality.
Details for the 2026 edition of Rosè di Sera in Stornara, including official dates, the program, and participating wineries, have not yet been released by the ARCI Travel association. The event, dedicated to Apulian rosé wines, is usually held in July. We will update this page as soon as the organization announces the calendar and the full program.
