Romagna in Fiore is the eco-sustainable and widespread review conceived by Ravenna Festival in 2024, in the aftermath of the May 2023 flood that severely hit Romagna. The idea is simple and powerful: to bring great music to places damaged by water, transforming parks, forests, fortresses, and countryside into open-air stages, to keep the spotlight on these communities and help them flourish again. In Ravenna, the capital of the homonymous Province in Emilia-Romagna, the review chooses a location with strong symbolic value.
La Torraccia, where the land stopped the water
The Ravenna leg takes place at La Torraccia, in the open countryside between Classe and Lido di Dante, on land managed by C.A.B. TER.RA., the oldest agricultural cooperative in the province. During the 2023 flood, this cooperative chose to sacrifice hectares of its fields to allow controlled water drainage and protect the territory: a gesture that turned those fields into a symbol of solidarity. Hosting a concert here means returning beauty and music to a land that has given so much.
A green, solidarity-based, and widespread review
The entire Romagna in Fiore is dedicated to sustainability: afternoon concerts to take advantage of natural light, locations reachable exclusively on foot or by bicycle, absence of large structures and invasive systems. The review is also deeply solidarity-based: the ticket is symbolic (5 euros), part of the proceeds supports the affected territories, and a supporter's pass allows attendance of the entire program, helping the communities involved.
Eight locations, nine concerts, one musical embrace
Every year, Romagna in Fiore designs an itinerary of concerts over the four weekends in May, crossing eight locations in the Provinces of Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, and the Bologna area: from Fontanelice to Cotignola, from Modigliana to Faenza, from Santa Sofia to Brisighella, from Forlì to Bertinoro, up to La Torraccia in Ravenna. The Ravenna stop, with its great name in author music, is among the most anticipated events: an opportunity to combine a nature walk, remembrance of the territory, and quality music in a single day.

For the third edition of Romagna in Fiore, spread over nine concerts on the weekends from May 1st to 24th, 2026, the Ravenna stop hosted one of the most beloved names in Italian author music: Niccolò Fabi. The event took place on Saturday, May 23rd at 4:00 PM at La Torraccia, in the open countryside between Classe and Lido di Dante, on the land of the C.A.B. TER.RA. cooperative which sacrificed its fields during the 2023 flood to allow water drainage.
Fabi presented his "Libertà negli occhi" tour, accompanied on stage by Roberto Angelini, Alberto Bianco, Filippo Cornaglia, Cesare Augusto Giorgini, and Giulio Cannavale. Reachable exclusively on foot or by bicycle along a path of about 4 km, the concert was a great success with the public, confirming the green and solidarity spirit of the Ravenna Festival review.

How to get there
The concert venue is reachable exclusively on foot or by bicycle, along a marked path of about 4 km. Car access to the stage is not permitted. Comfortable shoes, water, and clothing suitable for an outdoor afternoon location are recommended.
Tickets
Admission at a symbolic price of 5 euros. A supporter's pass for all nine concerts of the edition is available (50 euros), which includes the review's t-shirt. Advance tickets at the ticket office of the Teatro Alighieri in Ravenna and online on the Ravenna Festival website.
