Ri-Fest - Reuse Festival is an event entirely dedicated to sustainability, reuse, and conscious consumption, held in the Villa district of Isola d'Asti, a small town in the Province of Asti nestled in the hills of Monferrato, Piedmont. The event's title summarizes its spirit with three verbs: Reuse, Reduce, Recycle. The goal is simple yet ambitious: to demonstrate, through concrete experiences, that another way of living on our planet is possible, starting with small daily actions.

Workshops, talks, and experiences

The day is structured as a series of events designed to actively involve participants. The program alternates wellness moments, such as outdoor yoga sessions, with hands-on and experiential workshops: from making natural soaps to creative mending, from zero-waste cooking to balcony gardening. There are also informative mini-talks on the circular economy, sustainable fashion, and critical consumption, led by experts and local organizations.

• Sustainable cooking: lunch and demonstrations on how to reduce food waste.

• Fashion show: the day concludes with a parade of ethical and second-hand clothing.

A local event

Ri-Fest stems from the commitment of a group of local associations and entities—including Anspi Unione Villa, the zero-waste shop Terra Mia, the Gaia association, and the Municipal Library—with the patronage of the Municipality of Isola d'Asti. The venue is the Anspi Circle in the Villa district, on Via Bausola, which for one day transforms into a widespread laboratory of good practices. It is a festival deeply rooted in the community, where sustainability becomes an opportunity for meeting, exchange, and conviviality among residents and visitors.

Useful information

Admission to the event is free. However, mandatory booking is required to participate in the workshops and lunch, due to limited availability. The event runs from morning until late afternoon, with a rich calendar of appointments from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
