Pigeon in a carriage is an authentic specialty of Umbrian peasant cuisine: a dish born from simple but expertly prepared ingredients, slow-cooked and enclosed in intense aromas. It is this dish that gives its name to the festival in San Fortunato della Collina, a hilly hamlet in the Municipality of Perugia, which dedicates ten festive evenings to it every year.

New for 2026 is the panoramic garden for tasting artisanal pastries and liqueurs. Entertainment starts every evening at 9:30 PM with orchestras and live bands.
