The Patronal Feast takes place in the second half of August, involving the entire community in three days of religious and civil celebrations that transform the medieval village of Terravecchia and its squares into a vibrant shared space of festivity.

The festival is both a moment of popular devotion and an opportunity for the Pietramontecorvino community to reunite, both within and beyond the borders of Puglia.

Religious rites and popular tradition

The spiritual core of the event is dedicated to the veneration of the image of Maria SS. di Costantinopoli, featuring liturgical celebrations and a procession that carries the statue through the streets of the town, accompanied by the participation of the faithful and the sounds of the local band. In recent years, the stage has featured the Grande Banda Lirica Filarmonica Mediterranea, for an evening dedicated to band tradition, as well as famous Italian artists such as Giuliano Palma and Fausto Leali.
