Two days of craft beer, music, and urban culture in Parma
Parma Beer Fest is an event dedicated to craft beer held at The Hub, in Via Alfredo Zerbini, in the municipality of Parma. The event stems from the collaboration between three historic players in Parma's brewing scene: The Hub, Highlander Pub, and Birrificio Farnese, who have combined experience, conviviality, and passion to create a weekend entirely dedicated to beer culture.
The festival's formula blends craft beer tastings, live music, DJ sets, urban art performances with artists at work, and recreational activities. Alongside the tasting stands, there's a street food offering to accompany pints with informal and convivial dishes. The atmosphere is that of a large neighborhood festival, with music playing late into the night.
The musical lineup alternates live performances and DJ sets. Among the evening's highlights are local bands and guests from the Emilian scene, with DJ sets animating the dance floor until the early hours of the morning. Live performances are accompanied by graffiti demonstrations and games, in a program designed to engage a broad and diverse audience.
The capital of its namesake province in Emilia-Romagna, Parma is a city with a great food and wine tradition, recognized by UNESCO as a Creative City of Gastronomy. Parma Beer Fest fits into this context by promoting craft beer culture and the vibrant local nightlife, offering Parma residents and visitors an informal and welcoming event.
Access to The Hub is reserved for members of the association that manages the space, following the usual club format. Participation in the event days is free, while beers, food, and other purchases can be made on-site. Radio Duchessa is among the event's media partners.
