The international Fiat Panda gathering at the Visconti Castle
Panda a Pandino was born from an irresistible play on words: the name of the Municipality of Pandino, in the province of Cremona, and that of the Fiat Panda, one of the most beloved and long-lasting city cars in Italian automotive history. From this assonance, a gathering was born that has won over enthusiasts throughout Italy and today draws participants from very distant countries, even Uruguay.
The heart of the event is the Visconti Castle, the 14th-century manor that dominates Pandino. Here, the army of Pandas of all eras, colors, and configurations gathers: from the first models of the eighties to the 4x4 mountain versions, from rare editions to customized Pandas. The exhibition transforms the castle grounds into an open-air museum of the city car.
The most spectacular moment is the PandaGiro, the dynamic parade that takes hundreds of cars along the local roads: organizers have calculated that 400 Pandas in a row would form an uninterrupted column of about three kilometers. Alongside the automotive aspect, the gathering offers live music, evening concerts, street food, and themed games, in a atmosphere of popular celebration that involves the entire town.
Sponsored by the Region of Lombardy and the Municipality of Pandino, Panda a Pandino has grown to become one of the most attended amateur motoring events in Northern Italy, with hundreds of registrations each year. Part of the registration proceeds are donated to charity, confirming the community spirit that animates the event.
The international gathering Panda a Pandino 2026 returns to the Visconti Castle from Friday, June 19 to Sunday, June 21. Three days dedicated to the Fiat Panda and its enthusiasts, featuring the grand PandaGiro parade, concerts, street food, and the final exhibition. Registrations, opened on March 15 during the San Giuseppe Fair, had already surpassed 640 participants by May, with international attendees even from Uruguay.
Pandino is in the province of Cremona, near Crema, well-connected by car to Milan, Bergamo, and Lodi via the provincial road network. The nearest train station is Crema, with local buses to Pandino.
Registration for the gathering is done online on the official website (pandaapandino.it). Participating with your own Fiat Panda is the best way to experience the event, but the exhibition and evening events are open to everyone.
