Author concerts in the historic palaces of Crema
Musica in Corte is the festival that transforms the historic palaces and courtyards of Crema into exceptional concert halls every year. Residences normally closed to the public open their doors to host internationally renowned performers, in a blend of great music and the enhancement of the architectural heritage of the city of Crema, in the province of Cremona.
The festival is curated by violinist Alessio Bidoli, who brings a high-profile chamber music program to Crema, featuring soloists, duos, and ensembles from the Italian and international concert scene. Each concert has an evocative title and a carefully constructed program, capable of taking the audience on a journey through different repertoires and atmospheres.
The added value of Musica in Corte is its setting: Palazzo Vimercati Sanseverino, Palazzo Terni de Gregory, Corte Stalloni, Villa Benvenuti, and other historic residences become intimate and evocative theatres for an evening. Listening to great musicians amidst frescoes, courtyards, and period salons is an experience that combines the emotion of the concert with the discovery of otherwise inaccessible places.
Organized by Pro Loco Crema, the festival offers free admission subject to availability, in the spirit of accessible, high-quality culture. Between spring and early autumn, Musica in Corte offers the city moments of great beauty, confirming itself as one of the most refined events in Crema's cultural calendar.
The VII edition of Musica in Corte transforms the historic palaces and courtyards of Crema into concert halls. Six evenings of chamber music, under the artistic direction of violinist Alessio Bidoli, open normally inaccessible residences to the public. All concerts start at 9:00 PM and offer free admission subject to availability, organized by Pro Loco Crema.
From May 26 to June 16, 2026, with two additional events on September 1 and 8, 2026. All concerts start at 9:00 PM.
