About Radici e Visioni

"Orvieto, Radici e Visioni" is the photographic exhibition that tells the story of the city of the cliff through the shots of photographers Roberta Cotigni and Noemi Morelli. Hosted in the atrium of the Palazzo dei Sette, the exhibition stems from a project dedicated to the roots and visions of Orvieto, in a dialogue between memory, identity, and contemporary perspective. A cultural event included in the "Orvieto Always On" calendar.

Orvieto told through images

Orvieto, Radici e Visioni is a photographic exhibition that offers an intimate and contemporary look at the city of the cliff, in the Province of Terni. The exhibition brings together the work of photographers Roberta Cotigni and Noemi Morelli, who through their shots investigate the roots, identity, and visions of Orvieto.

Between roots and visions

The title of the exhibition itself summarises its spirit: on one hand, the roots, meaning the memory, places, and traditions that define the city; on the other hand, the visions, new perspectives, and interpretations that photography provides. A journey that invites the visitor to rediscover Orvieto with different eyes.

At the Palazzo dei Sette

The exhibition is set up in the atrium of the Palazzo dei Sette, one of the symbolic buildings of Orvieto's historic centre. The initiative is part of the "Orvieto Always On" event calendar, promoted by the Municipality of Orvieto, and is aimed at both residents and the numerous visitors to this Umbrian city.
