Le Notti del Vino and Bianco DiVino are the wine tourism evenings that liven up the historic center of Orvieto (province of Terni) in August, celebrating one of the territory's symbolic products: white wine. Orvieto is indeed historically linked to the production of Orvieto DOC, among Umbria's most famous whites.
Tastings in the historic center
The initiative, promoted by the Città del Vino association, offers tastings and tasting counters in the city's streets and squares, giving residents and tourists the opportunity to discover the local labels in a suggestive setting. The evenings combine wine culture, conviviality, and the enhancement of the historic center.
A toast to Umbria
Within the medieval walls of the tuff rock, Le Notti del Vino are an invitation to experience Orvieto's summer slowly, between a glass of Orvieto DOC and the unique atmosphere of one of Umbria's most fascinating art cities. The event is part of the Orvieto Always On calendar.
