Orvieto's Summer Nights
ONE – Orvieto Notti d'Estate is the summer review that enlivens the evenings of Orvieto (province of Terni) for weeks with a program that combines open-air cinema, book presentations, theatre, and live music. The event is organized by the Cantiere Orvieto association, in synergy with the municipal administration.
A Grassroots Cultural Hub
ONE is considered a grassroots cultural hub: a widespread initiative that enhances the city's spaces, starting with the Giardino dei Lettori (Garden of Readers) of the Luigi Fumi Municipal Library, a symbolic location for the review. Cinema, words, and music alternate evening after evening, offering residents and visitors a summer full of events.
Networking with Orvieto Sound Festival
The review engages with other events in Orvieto during the summer, particularly with the Orvieto Sound Festival, creating a shared calendar that turns the historic center into a widespread stage. A proposal that combines cultural quality and summer atmosphere in the heart of the city of the Duomo.
ONE — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of ONE – Orvieto Notti d'Estate spans approximately 35 days, from June 29 to August 2, with a rich program: 22 film screenings, two theatre performances, five book presentations, and four major musical events.
Music opens and closes the festival, organized by Cantiere Orvieto, with the Giardino dei Lettori (Garden of Readers) at the Luigi Fumi Library as the main venue.

Orvieto can be reached by train (Rome-Florence line, Orvieto Scalo station + funicular) and by car from the A1 motorway, Orvieto exit. The Giardino dei Lettori is located at the Luigi Fumi Municipal Library, in the historic center.
