OliAmo – Festa della Bruschetta is the event that celebrates extra virgin olive oil in November in Passignano sul Trasimeno, a village in the province of Perugia on the lake. The event showcases the new oil, fresh from the local mills, during the olive pressing season.
Tastings and food and wine tours
The heart of the festival is the tasting of extra virgin olive oil from Trasimeno and bruschetta, the most genuine way to appreciate its flavour. The two-day event features food and wine tours with oil and wine tastings, an exhibition market of local producers, and regional specialities. Among the related initiatives, the Strada del Vino Colli del Trasimeno (Trasimeno Hills Wine Route) opens its cellars to the public.
Music, art, and family
Alongside food and wine, OliAmo offers music, art, and entertainment with events designed for all ages, including activities for families and sports moments. Organized by the Pro Loco of Passignano sul Trasimeno with the collaboration of local producers, the festival is part of the Frantoi Aperti circuit, the regional initiative that annually promotes the extra virgin olive oil from the green heart of Italy. An opportunity to discover the authentic flavours of Lake Trasimeno on an autumn weekend.
OliAmo — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of OliAmo – Festa della Bruschetta will take place in Passignano sul Trasimeno (PG) on November 12 and 13. The two-day event is dedicated to the new extra virgin olive oil, fresh from the local mills, and its simplest and most delicious form: bruschetta.
The program includes food and wine tours with new oil and wine tastings, an exhibition market for local producers, music, art, and activities for all ages. The Strada del Vino Colli del Trasimeno opens its cellars to the public. The festival, part of the Frantoi Aperti circuit, is organized by the Pro Loco of Passignano sul Trasimeno in collaboration with local producers.
