The Notte Bianca represents the grand finale of the July events in the VIVIamo Morbegno programme, the summer calendar promoted by the territorial association of Unione-Confcommercio Sondrio together with the Municipality of Morbegno, the Pro Loco, and the Consorzio Turistico Porte di Valtellina. A traditional and deeply felt event, which combines commerce, culture, and entertainment in the heart of Bassa Valtellina.
