Summer music festival in the Monte Baldo Local Nature Park
Musica Natura Relazioni is the summer music festival of the Monte Baldo Local Nature Park, which every year accompanies July and August with around ten events spread across the five Trentino municipalities that make up the park: Ala, Avio, Brentonico, Mori, and Nago-Torbole. The artistic direction is entrusted to Giovanni Costantini, and the organization is managed by Superflùo together with ArmoniEventi APS, with the support of the park's municipalities and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
In the Municipality of Mori, in the province of Trento and the heart of Trentino-Alto Adige, the festival selects venues capable of uniting music and landscape. The concerts are held in highly evocative sites of the Baldo area: from the Church of Sant'Agata in Corniano, a small hamlet in the Val di Gresta, to Tierno Park, where the greenery becomes a natural stage. These are moments designed to listen to good music immersed in nature, often at sunrise or sunset, in a continuous dialogue between sounds, the environment, and the local community.
The very name of the festival tells its identity: music as a universal language, the nature of Monte Baldo as a living frame, and the relationships between artists, the public, and the territory. The genres offered range from chamber music to jazz, from European folk to choral and contemporary sounds, with quality ensembles performing in historic churches, parks, mountain huts, and squares of the park.
More than just a concert season, Musica Natura Relazioni is a cultural project shared between the municipalities of the Monte Baldo Local Nature Park. Musical walks, sunrise concerts with breakfast, and evening appointments invite visitors to discover lesser-known corners of southern Trentino, between the Val di Gresta, the Brentonico plateau, and the shores of Lake Garda in Trentino. A way to experience the Baldo summer by combining hiking, culture, and the enhancement of environmental heritage.
Most events require recommended booking. Some events are free, others have a modest ticket price, with discounts for young people, park residents, and SAT members. The full program and booking methods are available on the festival's official website.
The 2026 edition, the tenth of the festival, takes place between July and August with about ten events in the five municipalities of the Monte Baldo Local Nature Park. In Mori, two concerts are scheduled: on July 18 at sunrise, with "Brezza del mattino" by the Arioso Furioso Trio at the Church of Sant'Agata in Corniano, in the Val di Gresta, and on July 31 in the evening with "Balfolk!" by the group Boccadoro at Tierno Park, featuring European folk dances, listening, and participation. The artistic direction is by Giovanni Costantini.
Mori can be reached by car from the A22 Brenner motorway (exits Rovereto Sud or Rovereto Nord) and by train to Rovereto, with bus connections to Mori and the Val di Gresta. The concert venues (Church of Sant'Agata in Corniano, Tierno Park) are located between the center of Mori and the hamlets of the Baldo area.
Booking is recommended for all events. Some events are free; for others, the ticket is usually 8 euros (full price) and 5 euros (reduced: under 25s, park residents, SAT members), free for children under 12.
For sunrise concerts and high-altitude venues, layered clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. Info: Culture Office of the Municipality of Mori, [email protected], +39 0464 916258.
