The Montopoli Custom Night is one of the most anticipated events for custom motorcycle enthusiasts in central Tuscany. Organized by the social promotion association Sportsteristi Toscani A.P.S., the event brings the historic center of Montopoli in Val d'Arno, in the province of Pisa, to life, combining the allure of Harley-Davidson bikes with charity and the promotion of the lower Valdarno area.

The evening program

The heart of the event is the charming Piazza San Matteo, located in the hilltop village of Montopoli, where motorcyclists gather in the late afternoon. After the meet-up, the bikes set off for a run through the Pisan hills, offering participants panoramic views of the Tuscan countryside, complete with vineyards, olive groves, and ancient villages. Upon returning to the square, the festival continues with refreshments provided by the Pro Loco of Montopoli and live music that keeps the evening going until late.

Motors, music, and taste

The Custom Night is more than just a rally for bikers: it is a true village festival that welcomes everyone, even those who don't own a motorcycle. The gastronomic component, featuring typical products and traditional local dishes offered by the Pro Loco, along with the live rock concert, turns the evening into a social occasion for the entire community and visitors alike.

The Sportsteristi Toscani and charity

The Sportsteristi Toscani association, founded in 2019 and based in the hamlet of Marti, brings together Harley-Davidson Sportster owners with the goal of combining motorcycling with charity. Over the years, they have supported organizations such as Telethon, Caritas, and various children's projects by organizing motorcycle rallies, charity rides, and fundraisers, including the famous Christmas event "Metti in Moto un Sorriso" (Start a Smile). As president Tomas Gorini notes, "Our passion for Harley-Davidson is the engine that drives us to do good and discover the lesser-known corners of our splendid region."
