Monfleur Mondovì – Vintage Garden Fair is a market exhibition dedicated to high-quality horticulture, brocante, and vintage garden decor held in Piazza Maggiore, the scenic Baroque square in the historic center of Mondovì, in the province of Cuneo (Piedmont). For an entire spring weekend, the grand square transforms into a sprawling garden where visitors can stroll among stands filled with plants, flowers, furniture, and antiques.

The concept

Monfleur was born as an opportunity for aesthetic dialogue between city and nature, and as a moment of collective growth and positioning for Mondovì. The initiative is inspired by major industry events such as those in Masino, Milan, Lucca, and Turin, offering selected nurseries with premium plants and flowers, brocante and vintage garden decor, wedding ideas, talks, and workshops.

A city-wide event

Monfleur engages with the cultural hubs of the Piazza district: at the Ceramics Museum, one can admire ancient local floral ceramics, while the Old Town Hall hosts displays of flowers and plants in local painting, textile arts, and photography. The event is the ideal continuation of the historic Spring Fair, which has accompanied the Mondovì spring for generations.

How to reach Piazza Maggiore

The heart of the event is the Piazza district, the upper town of Mondovì, easily reachable by the famous funicular that connects Breo to Piazza. The La Funicolare Association, together with the Monfleur Committee, promotes the event with the support of the Cassa di Risparmio di Cuneo Foundation and the Municipality of Mondovì.
