MassafraEstate is the major summer festival organized by the Municipality of Massafra, a town in the province of Taranto known as the "Thebaid of Italy" for its ravines and cave dwellings. Every year, the program accompanies residents and tourists throughout the warm season with dozens of free events spread across the historic centre and the various districts, transforming squares, avenues, and green spaces into open-air stages.

A multidisciplinary and widespread program

The strength of MassafraEstate lies in its variety and its presence throughout the territory: music, always a key feature, alternates with theatre, open-air cinema, sports events, family initiatives, and moments of faith linked to Massafra's religious traditions.
