Among the festivals that liven up the Veronese Valdadige during Carnival, Macheronattissima holds a special place in the heart of the community of Peri, a hamlet of the Municipality of Brentino Belluno, in the province of Verona. As the name suggests, the absolute star is macaroni, served according to the traditional recipe and enjoyed in company.
A Carnival Festival
Macheronattissima takes place in February, in the midst of Carnival season, and is part of the calendar of events organized by the Comitato Valdadige. It is an authentic festival, made up of long tables, a food stand, music, and that popular festive atmosphere that characterizes the valley's villages. An opportunity for residents and visitors to discover a less-traveled corner of Valdadige.
Between the Adige River and Monte Baldo
Peri is located along the Adige River, in a valley nestled between the Baldo and Lessini mountains, a land of terraced vineyards, river trout, and black truffles. The festival is also a way to experience this borderland between Veneto and Trentino, where gastronomic traditions have endured for generations.

The 2026 edition of Macheronattissima was held from February 20 to 22 in Peri, a hamlet of Brentino Belluno, coinciding with the Carnival period. Three days of festival dedicated to macaroni prepared according to tradition, with a food stand, music, and village festivities organized by the Comitato Valdadige. How to get there
Peri, a hamlet of Brentino Belluno, is located along the SS12 in the Veronese Valdadige. By car from the A22 Brenner motorway (exit Ala-Avio or Affi). Peri train station on the Verona-Brennero line.
