The Ligurian food and wine supply chain showcased at the Old Port of Genoa
Cucina Liguria is one of the most anticipated food and wine events in Genoa. Organized by CNA Genova, the event transforms the Calata Falcone e Borsellino at the Old Port into a grand showcase of Ligurian artisan production, hosted under a characteristic geodesic dome. A format that enhances the entire regional food supply chain, from producers to processors, telling the story of the link between territory, quality, and identity.
The program alternates exhibition stands, themed tastings, and masterclasses led by experts. Among the protagonists are Riviera Ligure DOP Oil, IGP Taggiasca Olives, edible flowers from Albenga, products from biodistricts like Val di Vara, along with spirits, beers, and herbal liqueurs. There are also conferences, which each year focus on a specific theme: the 2026 edition centers on the link between nutrition, physical activity, and well-being.
Cucina Liguria takes place in synergy with the Genoa Half Marathon, creating a bridge between proper nutrition and sports activity. This collaboration reinforces the message of quality food as part of a healthy lifestyle, and makes the Old Port a meeting point between taste and movement during the spring weekend.
With the collaboration of CNA Torino as well, the event presents itself as a showcase for territorial Made in Italy. For visitors, it's an opportunity to get to know Liguria's producers up close, purchase typical products, and delve into the gastronomic culture of a region with a thousand excellences.
The 2026 edition of Cucina Liguria, the ninth, returns from April 17 to 19 at the Old Port of Genoa, opening on Friday the 17th at 10 AM. Under the geodesic dome of Calata Falcone e Borsellino, artisan producers from the entire Ligurian food supply chain gather.
This year's theme is the link between nutrition, physical activity, and well-being, in synergy with the Genoa Half Marathon. Guided tastings, masterclasses, and conferences dedicated to the region's excellences are scheduled.
The Old Port is in the heart of Genoa, reachable on foot from Genova Piazza Principe station (about 15 minutes), by metro (San Giorgio/Darsena stop), and by AMT buses.
Opening Friday, April 17th from 10 AM. Access to exhibition stands; some tastings and masterclasses may require booking. Details and times on CNA Genova's channels.
