An important milestone celebrated with over 400 companies and 250 exhibitors across 20,000 square meters, featuring cooking shows, masterclasses, conferences, and competitions dedicated to the entire HoReCa supply chain of Southern Italy.

The tenth edition of Levante PROF, held from March 8 to 11, 2026, celebrated ten years of the HoReCa trade fair for Southern Italy with over 400 companies and 250 exhibitors across more than 20,000 square meters at the Nuova Fiera del Levante in Bari. The inauguration was held on Sunday, March 8, with the event open to professional visitors until Wednesday, March 11.

Among the most anticipated events were the Premio Trofeo PuntoIT, an official stage of the 2026 Italian Gelato Cup, featuring master gelato makers from all over Italy and the awarding of the best artisanal gelato made with extra virgin olive oil, and the eighth edition of the Divina Colomba competition, dedicated to the best artisanal Easter cakes in traditional, chocolate, and savory categories. The program included hundreds of appointments, including cooking shows, masterclasses, competitions, professional training courses, and thematic conferences.
