The Latiano Summer Grill is a food and wine festival held in the historic center of Latiano, a town in the province of Brindisi, Apulia. Launched in 2024, the festival brings the aroma of charcoal-grilled meat and the authentic flavors of the Salento territory to Piazza Umberto I, featuring a simple, popular format that celebrates open-air conviviality.

Grill, barbecue, and local specialties

The heart of the event lies in the grill and barbecue stations set up in the square, where meats and local specialties are cooked over charcoal. Alongside the grills, you will find stands showcasing typical Apulian products, offering a true journey through the region's culinary excellence. Music and entertainment

The Latiano Summer Grill is organized by the Associazione Lavoratori Autonomi (A.L.A.) in collaboration with the businesses of Piazza Umberto I and the Municipality of Latiano. The stated goal is to engage all generations and promote the traditions that unite music and gastronomy in one of the town's most vibrant squares. The event is a staple of the Latiano summer calendar and represents one of the most popular convivial gatherings at the end of the season, bridging the gap between late summer and early autumn.
