The Lake Festival in Coldrano

The Lake Festival is one of the most anticipated summer events in lower Val Venosta. It takes place on the shores of Lake Coldrano (known in German as Goldrainer See), an idyllic body of water nestled in the village of Coldrano/Goldrain, within the municipality of Laces/Latsch, in the province of Bolzano, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. The festival transforms the recreational area around the lake into a grand open-air stage, enlivened by live music, dancing, and local culinary specialties.

The event is traditionally held on Ferragosto, August 15th, beginning in the late afternoon and continuing late into the night.
