Gnocchetti Chiavennaschi
The stars of the evening are the gnocchetti chiavennaschi, also known as "white pizzoccheri": a typical dish of the valley, different from the more famous Valtellina pizzoccheri, which tells the culinary identity of this corner of Lombardy.
