For a few autumn days, Limone sul Garda, a village on the Brescia side of the lake in the province of Brescia, becomes the meeting point for amateur choirs and orchestras from all over the world. The International Festival of Choirs and Orchestras on Lake Garda is an international event that brings great ensemble music to the lakeside village.

A non-competitive festival

Unlike competitions, this festival is non-competitive: the goal is not to win, but to meet, exchange, and share. Mixed, male, and female choirs, children's and youth voice groups, and amateur orchestras all find space to perform and share an authentic musical experience, far from the pressures of competition.

An extraordinary setting

The choice of Limone is no coincidence: the village, with traces of ancient Roman settlements, historic palaces, and patrician villas, offers a setting of great charm. Performances are held in churches and halls in the town, where the acoustics and atmosphere of the places enhance the quality of the voices and instruments.

Organization and participation

The festival is organized by MRF MusicFestivals, an entity specializing in international music events. The 19th edition, scheduled for 2026, confirms Limone sul Garda's role as a place capable of hosting music in a dialogue between different cultures, languages, and traditions.
