The rock festival of Piobbico
InRock is one of the most anticipated events in the Marche music scene. Born in 2006, the festival takes place in Piobbico, a small village in the province of Pesaro and Urbino nestled at the foot of Monte Nerone, and has grown edition after edition to become a benchmark for rock bands, musicians, and enthusiasts from the entire region and beyond. Over its many editions, about 100 bands and 500 musicians have graced the stage, with a total attendance of tens of thousands of people.
Live music and emerging bands
The heart of InRock is the live concerts, which liven up the afternoon and evening of both days: rock bands, tribute bands dedicated to the great names in rock history, and bands from the Marche scene alternate on stage. An important part is dedicated to emerging groups, protagonists of the InRock Music Contest, the competition that each year rewards the most promising bands and offers them visibility and growth opportunities.
Not just concerts
InRock is a celebration that embraces the entire town and goes beyond music. Every morning, the days begin with trekking on the trails of Monte Nerone, organized by Natura Trekking Marche, to combine the passion for the mountains with that for music. There is also space for the Alessandro Stocchi Motorcycle Meet, a motorcycle gathering organized with local associations and clubs, and the Kids Zone with games and activities for the little ones. For lunch and throughout the day, the food truck area opens with quality offerings, including options for those seeking gluten-free choices.
A village-sized festival
What makes InRock special is the balance between the energy of rock and the hospitality of a village in the Marche Apennines. The event takes place between the Parco Acque Minerali and the historic center of Piobbico, a town also known for its Brancaleoni Castle and the famous Club dei Brutti. Free admission and organization entrusted to local volunteers and associations, with the patronage of the Municipality of Piobbico, make the festival a popular and family-friendly event, capable of transforming a small Marche village into a grand music celebration for a weekend.
InRock — edition 2026
The 21st edition of InRock was held in Piobbico (province of Pesaro and Urbino) on Friday, May 1st and Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, once again confirming itself as one of the most anticipated rock events in the Marche region, with free admission and an audience that also came from outside the region.
As per tradition, both days opened in the morning with trekking on the trails of Monte Nerone organized by Natura Trekking Marche; on the first day, the Alessandro Stocchi Motorcycle Meet was also held, in collaboration with local associations and motorcycle clubs. From the early afternoon, live concerts, tribute bands, and performances by the finalists of the InRock Music Contest followed on stage, while the food truck area and the Kids Zone enlivened the entire event.
Programme InRock 2026
The 21st edition of InRock took place over two days, with the usual structure:
- Morning — Trekking on the trails of Monte Nerone by Natura Trekking Marche (both days); Alessandro Stocchi Motorcycle Meet (first day).
- From 12:00 PM — Opening of the food truck area and the Kids Zone.
- From the afternoon — Live concerts, tribute bands, and performances by the finalists of the InRock Music Contest until the evening.

Where it takes place
InRock is held in Piobbico (PU), in the Marche region, between the Parco Acque Minerali and the historic center of the village. Trekking activities start from the trails of Monte Nerone.
How to get there
By car: Piobbico can be reached from the SP257 Apecchiese, connected to the Fano-Grosseto highway (E78). The nearest train stations are Fano and Pesaro, from which you can continue by car or by bus towards the hinterland.
Admission and services
