The ultimate electronic music festival on the shores of Lake Garda in Torbole
The Horizon Lake Garda Music Festival was created to bring the energy of major international electronic music festivals to one of the most picturesque corners of Trentino-Alto Adige: the Alle Foci del Sarca beach, where the river meets Lake Garda in the municipality of Nago-Torbole (Province of Trento). With the mountains of Garda Trentino serving as a natural amphitheatre and the lake water reflecting the stage lights, the event offers two days of DJ sets from afternoon until late at night, in a setting rarely found elsewhere in Italy.
The Horizon Festival lineup features some of the most famous names in the global EDM, house, and big room scene, alternating with emerging artists and b2b DJ sets. The sunset over the lake marks the highlight of each evening, when major headliners take the main stage. It is a format designed for a young, international audience that chooses Torbole not only for the music but also to experience Garda Trentino from a different perspective, amidst beaches, outdoor sports, and nightlife.
The festival has quickly secured a prominent place in the Garda Trentino event calendar, drawing over ten thousand attendees over two days, with a significant portion of visitors from abroad and outside the region. The organization, managed by Dolceriva Night with the support of APT Garda Dolomiti and local institutions, focuses on dedicated services, reserved areas, holiday packages, and shuttles to ensure a seamless and safe experience.
What sets Horizon apart from other electronic festivals is its natural setting: the Alle Foci del Sarca beach, nestled between the lake and the rocky cliffs of Monte Baldo and the Garda Trentino, transforms the classic open-air event into an immersive experience. Torbole, a historic destination for windsurfing and kitesurfing thanks to the 'Ora'—the afternoon Garda wind—offers spectators the chance to combine music, nature, and sports in a single weekend.
The 2026 edition confirmed Horizon as one of the leading electronic music festivals in Trentino-Alto Adige. On Friday, June 12, the main stage featured Henri PFR, Steve Angello (founder of Swedish House Mafia), and the major headliner Dimitri Vegas, with the beach in Torbole packed until late at night. Saturday, June 13, saw performances by Cyril, special guest Morten, and the explosive Timmy Trumpet, a showman famous for his live trumpet performances. Opening and closing the days were numerous DJ sets and b2b sessions by emerging artists such as Redblack, Grimix, Suark, Reeva, Hiisak, and Des3ett.
Once again, the scenery of Garda Trentino, with the sunset over the water and the mountains in the background, made the experience unique for the thousands of spectators who arrived from all over Europe.
