Three days of free live music in Casinalbo di Formigine
The FPV Music Festival — short for Formigine Party Village — is one of the most beloved musical events of spring in the Municipality of Formigine, in the heart of the province of Modena, Emilia-Romagna. For three days, the festival transforms a public park in Casinalbo, a hamlet of Formigine, into a large music village: a stage for live concerts, DJ set stations, areas dedicated to street food and artisanal products, and spaces also designed for families and children.
Born in 2024 on the initiative of a group of local young people, the festival has won a large and loyal audience in just a few editions, with practically sold-out evenings. The organization is managed by the association Hub in Villa, with the patronage of the Municipality of Formigine: an example of how the energy of young people can generate an event capable of attracting thousands of people to the Modena area.
The program alternates emerging artists from the local scene with more well-known guests from the Italian pop and urban scene, with concerts, tribute bands, and DJ sets that follow one another until late at night. Alongside the stage, there are food stalls, stands with local products, and activities for children, in an informal and family-friendly atmosphere. A portion of the proceeds has always been donated to local charitable initiatives, a feature that makes the FPV Music Festival a community event as well as an entertainment one.
Admission is free for all evenings, and the event is designed to be accessible to an audience of all ages. It is the ideal opportunity to discover the vibrant music scene of the Modena ceramic district, in a green and welcoming setting just a few kilometers from Modena.
The third edition of the FPV Music Festival took place from Friday, May 8 to Sunday, May 10, 2026, at the Parco di Villa Gandini, on Via Sant'Antonio in Casinalbo di Formigine (Modena). Organized by the association Hub in Villa with the patronage of the Municipality of Formigine, the event reiterated its winning formula: three evenings of live music with free admission, open to all.
As in previous editions, the festival combined concerts, DJ sets, street food, and areas dedicated to families, in an informal and community atmosphere. The detailed program with the complete lineup of artists and guests is announced by the organization on their official channels (Instagram and Facebook) in the weeks leading up to the event.
The detailed program and the complete lineup for the third edition will be published by the organization (Hub in Villa) on the festival's official channels, particularly on Instagram (@fpv_music_festival) and Facebook, in the weeks preceding the event.
Based on previous editions, the three evenings will include live concerts, DJ sets, a guest tribute band, and spaces for emerging local artists, accompanied by food stalls and family activities.
The festival is held in Casinalbo, a hamlet of Formigine (MO), in a public park. Recent editions have taken place at Parco FPV / Parco di Villa Gandini, in the Via Sant'Antonio area.
By car: Casinalbo is easily reached from Via Giardini (SS12), which connects Modena to Formigine. By train and bus: Modena is the main hub, connected to Formigine by local public transport lines (Seta).
Free admission for all evenings. The evenings generally start in the late afternoon and continue until late at night. There are food stands and areas for families.
