A festival for two towns

The Festa Patronale di Lesmo e Camparada is an event that unites two Municipalities in the province of Monza and Brianza, gathered in the Santa Maria Pastoral Community. Dedicated to Saint Mary the Assumption, the festival celebrates the anniversary of the dedication of the parish church and traditionally takes place in July.

Faith and celebrations

The religious heart of the festival is the main Sunday, with the solemn mass in the morning and, in the afternoon, the supplication to Saint Mary the Assumption. The occasion, linked to the anniversary of the church's dedication, renews the devotion of the two communities of Lesmo and Camparada.

Colours and fun

Alongside the religious dimension, the festival offers a rich and festive programme for all ages:

• the Color Run, a 5 km walk-run between the two towns, with participants covered in coloured powders;
• the foam party and games for the younger ones;
• card tournaments and moments of conviviality;
• the dancing evening and the final fireworks.
