Rogolo, in the Province of Sondrio (Lombardy), is a small village in Bassa Valtellina, nestled between Delebio and Cosio, at the foot of the Orobie Alps. The village preserves the parish church of Sant'Abbondio in its centre, a building completed in 1589 and consecrated in the early 17th century, later remodelled in the early 18th century: a spiritual and architectural landmark for the community.

The patronal festival of Rogolo is dedicated to Sant'Abbondio, a figure also linked to the Diocese of Como, and is traditionally celebrated on the first Sunday of September.
