Ferragosto Live is now a regular fixture of the summer in Gatteo Mare, the seaside district of the Gatteo Municipality, in the province of Forlì-Cesena, along the Romagna Riviera. Every August 14th, the Rubicone Arena, on Via Antonio Gramsci, a short walk from the Don Guanella Gardens and the mouth of the Rubicone River, transforms into the stage for the most anticipated concert of the season, with free entry and thousands of people, including residents and tourists.

The 2026 Edition: Alex Britti in Concert

For Ferragosto 2026, the evening is entrusted to Alex Britti, who stops at the Rubicone Arena with his BRITTINTOUR '26, the summer tour of open-air concerts that travels across Italy. On the Gatteo Mare stage, the Roman singer-songwriter brings his unmistakable guitar and a style capable of blending blues, jazz, rock, pop, R&B, and Italian singer-songwriting. The repertoire revisits the songs that have marked his career, enriched by reinterpretations from the Feat.Pop project, in which Britti reinterprets some of his most beloved tracks with other artists.

An Evening of Music

The concert is part of the rich summer program of the Gatteo Mare Summer Village, which in 2026 celebrates its twentieth anniversary with over two hundred events spread from late May to September between the Rubicone Arena, the Don Guanella Gardens, Piazza della Libertà, and the promenade. Ferragosto Live represents its most spectacular moment: after the musical performance, tradition dictates that the evening concludes with a grand fireworks display on the beach, at the mouth of the Rubicone.
