A musical afternoon for children and teens in Camposilvano di Vallarsa
Evviva la Musica is the event that traditionally kicks off the summer cultural season in Camposilvano, a small village in the municipality of Vallarsa, in the province of Trento, in the heart of Trentino-Alto Adige. It is an afternoon entirely designed for children and teenagers, offering a cheerful and informal opportunity to discover musical instruments and the joy of listening to live music up close.
During the event, young participants are introduced to various string, wind, and keyboard instruments. The program includes a presentation of the piano, cello, trumpet, and slide trombone: four distinct voices that allow young spectators to grasp the unique sounds and characteristics of each instrument. The event is led by musicians Leonardo and Marta Mabilia, who guide the participants with simple and engaging language.
Evviva la Musica takes place at the Casetta del Parco Giochi in Camposilvano, an outdoor space surrounded by greenery that provides the ideal setting for a family-friendly event. Admission is free and open to all. The event is born from the collaboration between the Associazione Camposilvanoè, which promotes the entire summer program, and the municipal Library of Vallarsa.
The event is the first appointment of the rich summer program in Camposilvano, titled "Una montagna di emozioni" (A Mountain of Emotions), which brings the village to life throughout July and August with music, art, literature, and folk traditions. Among the most anticipated events of the season are the historic Ganzega del Bosco, the Vallarsa…Vall'Arte exhibitions, and the Fasci di Luce sul Pasubio evening. The calendar, the result of joint efforts by local associations, organizations, and volunteers, transforms the small mountain village into a lively cultural laboratory for all ages.
Vallarsa is a scattered municipality in the Vallagarina valley, spread across numerous hamlets between the slopes of the Pasubio massif and the woods of the Leno stream valley. Camposilvano is one of its most characteristic villages, an ideal place to combine a mountain trip with the discovery of the cultural life of small Trentino communities.
The 2026 edition of Evviva la Musica officially opened the summer program of Camposilvano di Vallarsa on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM, at the Casetta del Parco Giochi. The afternoon, with free admission, introduced children and teens to four musical instruments: piano, cello, trumpet, and slide trombone. The young participants were guided by musicians Leonardo and Marta Mabilia, in collaboration with the municipal library. The event kicked off the "Una montagna di emozioni" program, promoted by the Associazione Camposilvanoè.
