About DoReMi Campus

DoReMi Campus is a music camp designed for children and teens aged 3 to 13, organized by the Luigi Vizio Music School at the Sala L'Incontro in Morozzo, in the province of Cuneo. Over three full days, participants discover the world of sound through workshops in body percussion, musical games, children's choir, instrumental ensembles, and instrument building using recycled materials. An inclusive and fun experience, open even to those who have never played an instrument but wish to approach music with curiosity.

A music camp for children in Morozzo

DoReMi Campus is an initiative born in the town of Morozzo, in the province of Cuneo, in the heart of the Piedmontese Monregalese area. Promoted by the Luigi Vizio Music School, the camp is aimed at children and teens aged 3 to 13 and offers three days entirely dedicated to music, creativity, and fun. The event takes place at the Sala L'Incontro in Morozzo, with continuous hours from 9 am to 5 pm and the option for early drop-off and late pick-up to meet family needs.

Activities: learning music through play

The program is designed to introduce young people to the world of sound in a playful and inclusive way, without requiring any prior musical knowledge. The activities are varied and suitable for different age groups.

  • Musical games for the little ones, to discover sound and rhythm through play;
  • Body percussion, to explore rhythm using one's own body as an instrument;
  • Children's choir and instrumental ensembles, to experience the joy of playing together;
  • Creative workshops to build musical instruments from recycled materials.

An educational and inclusive project

DoReMi Campus is more than just an end-of-summer camp: it is an opportunity to stimulate children's social skills, collaboration, and imagination through the universal language of music. The initiative is open to everyone, even those who have never played an instrument, and emphasizes the value of doing things together. The Luigi Vizio Music School, a long-standing cultural landmark in Morozzo with its courses and year-end recitals, reaffirms its commitment to the musical education of the area's youth with this project.

Morozzo and the Monregalese

Located in Piedmont, between the Cuneo plains and the first hills of the Monregalese, Morozzo is a small town of just over two thousand inhabitants, also known for its famous cappone di Morozzo (Morozzo capon), a local gastronomic specialty. In this intimate, family-friendly setting, DoReMi Campus represents a precious appointment for local children, who can experience music in a welcoming and protected environment.
