Outdoor wellness in the Dolomites, at the Predazzo Biolake in Val di Fiemme
The Dolomiti Wellness Festival is the event that has established Val di Fiemme as one of Italy's premier destinations for outdoor wellness. The festival takes place in Predazzo, in the province of Trento (Trentino-Alto Adige), at the stunning Predazzo Biolake—a natural, eco-friendly swimming lake nestled in greenery and framed by the peaks of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Here, for an entire week, the concept of a holiday transforms into a journey of physical and mental regeneration, following the event's core philosophy: nature is your personal trainer.
The heart of the festival is the Dolomiti Wellness Village, divided into several themed areas: Alpine Vibes, featuring outdoor sessions of yoga, fitness, meditation, breathwork, Qi Gong, pilates, and dance; Experience & Talk, offering workshops on natural medicine and mindful nutrition; the Natural SPA, with open-air massages and treatments; the Community Area, designed for meeting and sharing; and the Wellness Shop, featuring industry exhibitors. To complete the experience, there is a food area dedicated to local products and specialties from the Trentino region.
The program features dozens of daily appointments suitable for all levels of experience:
In addition to the main weekend highlights, the festival offers the Wellness Week, a full week of experiences culminating in the Dolomiti Wellness Marathon, which spans several daily stages along the valley's trails. The event is organized by Treventur in collaboration with the Val di Fiemme Tourist Board, the Municipality of Predazzo, and numerous wellness partners, and today represents a benchmark model for regenerative tourism across the entire Alpine region.
Attending the Dolomiti Wellness Festival means experiencing the Dolomites in an authentic and rejuvenating way, balancing movement, relaxation, and learning in one of Italy's most beautiful natural settings. It is the perfect experience for those seeking a break from daily stress, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone wishing to rediscover their balance in contact with the mountains.
The 2026 edition of the Dolomiti Wellness Festival took place from June 15 to 21, 2026, at the Predazzo Biolake, with the main weekend from June 19 to 21. The event welcomed over 500 participants from all over Italy, from Sicily to the Alps, along with 35 trainers and experts and 25 exhibitors.
The program offered more than 40 appointments: 18 sessions dedicated to inner calm (yoga, pilates, mindfulness), 8 movement activities (running and walking), 5 Eastern disciplines (Qi Gong, Tai Chi), 7 themed talks (nutrition, breathing, digital detox, life design), and 4 high-intensity fitness classes, in addition to the Dolomiti Wellness Marathon, which was divided into seven daily stages for a total of 42 km.
Guests included the doctor and Olympic coach Mike Maric, ultramarathon runner Sarah Giomi, Claudio Lombardo, Daniele Vecchioni, and Elena Viezzoli, with sessions featuring yoga under the stars, sound healing, and forest bathing.
Predazzo can be reached by car via the A22 Brenner motorway (exits Egna/Ora or Trento), continuing along the Val di Fiemme. The nearest train stations are Ora/Auer or Trento, which are connected to Predazzo by Trentino Trasporti bus lines. The Predazzo Biolake is located a short distance from the town center.
