In Brebbia, in the Province of Varese, the Ronchèe Play Park on Via Donizetti becomes the beating heart of the town for a weekend in July thanks to Costine alla Spina, the festival organized by the Polisportiva Roncherese. The idea is simple and successful: grilled pork ribs, generous appetizers, and a wide selection of draft beers served under the stars, in a park just a stone's throw from the shores of Lake Maggiore.

The focus of the event is the grill, from which the famous ribs that give the festival its name emerge, accompanied by side dishes and appetizers. Counterbalancing this is a selection of draft beers that ranges across different options. The kitchen opens in the evening, and the area is covered, ensuring the festival can go ahead even in case of bad weather.

Live music every evening

The spirit of the Polisportiva

Behind the organization is the Polisportiva Roncherese, an association from the Ronchèe district that has been enlivening the community life of Brebbia for years.
