Arisa, born Rosalba Pippa, is one of the most beloved voices in Italian music and has strong roots in Basilicata, having grown up in Pignola, in the province of Potenza. The artist wanted to dedicate a gesture of great generosity to the Lucanian capital: a charity concert at the Alfredo Viviani Stadium, where she will perform for free for a solidarity cause.

Music for a solidarity cause

The initiative was created to raise funds for the expensive therapies of Angela, a young woman from Avigliano. Arisa announced from the stage her willingness to sing for free at the Viviani stadium, asking institutions to contact her to set the date. Tickets will have a symbolic price, with all proceeds destined to support the girl's treatment.

The commitment of the Municipality of Potenza

The municipal administration, with Mayor Vincenzo Telesca, has confirmed its willingness to organize the event, which could also coincide with the inauguration of a new city space. At the moment, the precise date has not yet been made official: the event, announced for 2026, will be defined in detail by the Municipality of Potenza together with the artist. An event that unites great music with solidarity, in the name of the deep bond between Arisa and her Basilicata.
