A laboratory on the future in the heart of Basilicata
The Festival delle Opportunità is one of the most innovative events in the calendar of the Lucanian capital: for three days, Potenza becomes a dynamic ecosystem for discussion and experimentation, designed especially for young people and university students from the Province of Potenza and the whole of Basilicata.
Talks, workshops, and intergenerational dialogue
The program combines talks with national guests, workshops, experiential laboratories, artistic installations, testimonials, and inspirational meetings. The goal is to create spaces for intergenerational dialogue where new generations can find direction, imagine professional paths, and get involved.
The themes of our time
Among the guiding themes of recent editions: artificial intelligence, generational transition, career guidance, cooperation, social entrepreneurship, sustainability, active citizenship, equal opportunities, and the enhancement of internal areas — crucial issues for the future of a territory like Basilicata.
A network of organizations for young people
Promoted in partnership with CRPO Basilicata (Regional Council for Equal Opportunities) and the ConUnibas Consortium, with the support of BCC Basilicata and the collaboration of the University of Basilicata, the festival confirms itself as a reference point for those who believe in the future of young generations.
