Music, art, and sustainable visions in the White City of Ostuni

Collaterale Festival is the fresh summer event that debuted in July 2025 in Ostuni, the famous 'White City' in the Province of Brindisi, Puglia. More than just a concert series, the festival acts as an open-air cultural laboratory where indie and electronic music intertwine with art, nature, and shared reflections on the future of our territories.
Collaterale follows a 'widespread festival' model: three days, three distinct locations across Ostuni and its coastline, each with its own unique atmosphere. It kicks off in the intimate Chiostro di San Francesco in the heart of the old town, continues at the spacious Arena Bianca del Foro Boario—transformed into a true cultural village—and concludes on the coast at the Santos Beach Club in Torre Canne, with the sea serving as a natural backdrop.
The project focuses on the intersection of genres and languages: DJ sets and contemporary club culture, live concerts by Italian artists, international electronic incursions, and more intimate moments, such as piano concerts at sunset by the sea. Surrounding the music are eco-friendly art installations, vintage markets, local crafts, food stalls, and workshops dedicated to urban culture and the environment.
With Collaterale Festival, the Municipality of Ostuni enriches its summer calendar, combining the city's tourism appeal with a contemporary cultural offering aimed primarily at a young audience. The setting is the unmistakable landscape of Puglia: whitewashed alleys, ancient olive trees, and the Adriatic Sea just a few kilometers away, providing the perfect backdrop for an event designed to experience the Salento summer in a whole new way.
Ostuni is located in the Province of Brindisi, along the Adriatic coast of Puglia. By car, it is accessible via the SS16 Adriatica road; the Ostuni train station is served by the Adriatic line (regional trains and some Frecce stop here), located just a few kilometers from the center. The nearest airports are Brindisi-Casale and Bari-Palese.
For the 2025 edition, tickets were available online via ticketsms.it, with daily entry priced around €15 and full-event passes around €50. Updated information is published on the festival's official social media channels.
Events run from late afternoon until late at night: comfortable footwear for the historic center and a change of clothes for the beach party in Torre Canne are highly recommended.
