A loop trail through the Turin hills

The route is an 8-kilometer loop starting and ending in Piazza Roma, in the town center. From the square, the trail climbs towards the Rosero hamlet, descends along Strada Ciattalina, and continues through Strada Virana, Valle San Pietro, and Valle Sauglio, offering sweeping views of the Pecetto hills and cherry orchards in full bloom. It is an accessible route suitable for families and casual walkers, meant to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace while taking in the seasonal sights and scents.

Five delicious stops along the way

The true heart of the event lies in the gourmet stops: five refreshment points are set up along the route where participants can refuel with hot chocolate, rusks with jam, packaged sweets, sandwiches, fruit, and tea. At the end of the walk, there are prize ceremonies featuring local products, while the first registrants receive the official event t-shirt.

Now in its fourth decade, the walk has established itself as one of the premier spring events in the Turin area, successfully combining light sport, conviviality, and the promotion of local landscape and culinary heritage.
