The Calisese Beer Fest

The Calisese Beer Fest is one of the most anticipated beer festivals in the Cesena area. It takes place in Calisese, a hamlet of the Municipality of Cesena, in the heart of the province of Forlì-Cesena, in Emilia-Romagna. For four evenings, at the beginning of June, the Middle School Park on via Cavecchia becomes the hub of village life: outdoor tables, rivers of craft and draft beer, the aroma of Romagnola cuisine, and live music until late at night.

Beer and Gastronomy

The heart of the festival is the food stand, open every evening from 7:00 PM. The offerings cater to both street food lovers and traditional local cuisine enthusiasts: artisanal hot dogs, hamburgers, pork knuckle with potatoes, beer-marinated chicken, and numerous Romagnola specialties. Accompanying every dish is a wide selection of craft and draft beers, the true stars of the event.

Live Music

Each evening features a different concert, spanning various genres and atmospheres: from funk to tribute rock bands, from hits of the eighties, nineties, and 2000s to the electrifying Celtic folk music of the closing night. Between sets, there are also DJ sets and entertainment moments that keep the square lively until nightfall.

For Families

The Calisese Beer Fest is not just a festival for beer lovers: the park's green area hosts entertainment and activities for children and families, from inflatable structures to a mechanical bull, making the event suitable for all ages. On Sunday mornings, there's also a sporting and solidarity event with a fun run organized in the local area.

A Community Celebration

The event is organized by Pro Loco Calisese inVita, an association that has been enlivening the social life of the hamlet for years. More than just a simple festival, the Calisese Beer Fest is a gathering opportunity for the residents of Calisese and the surrounding areas, a moment when the town comes together around its summer square. Admission is free: just show up at the park to enjoy good beer, a traditional dish, and great music under the Romagna sky.
