Four evenings of bruschetta, music, and local district festivities in La Corsina, Casole d'Elsa
The Bruschetta Festival is one of the most anticipated summer events in Casole d'Elsa, a charming little town in the province of Siena, Tuscany. The event takes place in the La Corsina area, at the headquarters of the Contrada Casole Campagna, which has been passionately organizing the festival for years. It is the kind of popular celebration that captures the most authentic soul of the Tuscan countryside: simple, tasty food, music, friendship, and a shared desire to come together.
The undisputed star is, of course, the bruschetta, a symbol of Tuscan peasant cuisine in its most genuine form. Slices of toasted bread, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and served in various versions prepared with quality ingredients, are the common thread throughout every evening. Surrounding this simple yet irresistible dish is a range of homemade culinary offerings, served by the district's stands in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The Bruschetta Festival is about more than just good food: every evening features an entertainment program that draws crowds from across the Val d'Elsa. Food stands open at 7:30 PM, while the music kicks off at 9:30 PM, featuring live concerts, DJ sets, and nights dedicated to the greatest hits of the 80s and 90s. There are also tournaments and games that bring the festival to life, making it a popular meeting point for families, young people, and music lovers.
Behind the success of the festival is the volunteer work of the Contrada Casole Campagna, one of the most active groups in the Casole area. The festival is an important occasion for community life and for promoting local traditions, in line with the spirit that characterizes the many district festivals in the municipality of Casole d'Elsa during the month of June.
The festival is also a perfect opportunity to explore Casole d'Elsa, a medieval village nestled in the hills of Tuscany, a short distance from Siena, San Gimignano, and Colle di Val d'Elsa. Between ancient walls, rolling hill views, and a rich food and wine tradition, an evening at the Bruschetta Festival is the ideal way to experience the hospitality and authenticity of the Sienese province.
The sixth edition of the Bruschetta Festival brought La Corsina in Casole d'Elsa to life from June 11 to 14, 2026. Every evening, the food stands of the Contrada Casole Campagna opened at 7:30 PM, with music taking center stage from 9:30 PM.
The musical program offered a rich calendar of evenings: Thursday, June 11, live music with the Magic Rockets; Friday, June 12, DJ Set by Jerry Brown; Saturday, June 13, an 80s and 90s music night featuring vinyls from Grazzini and Gerace; and a grand finale on Sunday, June 14, with a concert by the band Generazione di Sconvolti.
Every year in June, for four consecutive evenings. Food stands open from 7:30 PM, with music and entertainment starting at 9:30 PM.
