Rampa Estate, the summer of the Florentine Chianti

Some festivals are created just to fill a calendar, while others simply are the town itself. Rampa Estate belongs to the latter. Organized by the Circolo Ricreativo Culturale La Rampa, a historic association in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa founded in 1967, the festival transforms the Piazza Matteotti terrace into an open-air stage every summer, right in the heart of the Municipality of Barberino Tavarnelle, in the province of Florence.

A festival spread throughout the summer

Rampa Estate is not just a single night, but a calendar that unfolds from June through September, with a focus on weekends. The formula is what has made the Circolo La Rampa a landmark for the Florentine Chianti region: a variety of artistic expressions sharing the same sky.

• Live concerts and music festivals, featuring local bands, tribute acts, and singer-songwriters;
• Book presentations and meetings with authors, one of the festival's most recognizable features;

The setting is complemented by the club's kitchen, with its pizzeria and bar accompanying the evenings, because in Tavarnelle, culture and food have always gone hand in hand.
