Three days of glamorous shopping at the foot of Mont Blanc
Boutiquenville, nicknamed in the Aosta Valley patois 'Foura Totte' (meaning 'everything out'), is the grand shopping festival of Courmayeur, the most famous holiday resort in the Aosta Valley. For a few days, the refined pedestrian streets of the historic center, at the foot of Mont Blanc, come alive with the stands of the town's boutiques offering their collections of fashion and mountain clothing and sports equipment at special prices, in an atmosphere that blends glamour with a village festival.
The event is not just a shopping opportunity: the center transforms into a widespread stage with street food, cocktail bars, DJ sets, musical performances, and entertainment for children (face painting, bouncy castles, games, mascots). The heart of the festival is often the Jardin de l'Ange, where gastronomic offerings and evening entertainment are concentrated. Organized by Courmayeur Mont Blanc together with Confcommercio Valle d'Aosta and the local merchants, Boutiquenville combines the desire for good deals with the pleasure of strolling through one of Italy's most elegant Alpine villages.
Boutiquenville returns twice a year: a spring-summer edition (the 'Fête d'Été'), between late May and early June, and an autumn edition in early September, often coinciding with the start of the Tor des Géants, the epic Aosta Valley ultra-trail. In both cases, the center of Courmayeur becomes the meeting point for residents, tourists, and mountain lovers.
The 2026 'Fête d'Été' of Boutiquenville enlivens the center of Courmayeur for three days, from May 30 to June 1. The town's boutiques offer their selections of fashion and sportswear at advantageous prices, while street food, cocktail bars, DJ sets, and entertainment for all ages alternate in the streets. An autumn event is also planned for early September, often coinciding with the start of the Tor des Géants.
Indicative program based on recent editions; final details will be published by Courmayeur Mont Blanc in the days preceding the event.
Courmayeur can be reached by car via the A5 Turin-Aosta highway, exiting at Courmayeur, at the foot of the Mont Blanc tunnel. The historic center is entirely pedestrianized; parking is available in the surrounding areas.
Spring-summer edition from May 30 to June 1, 2026. An autumn event is also scheduled for early September.
Free and open access to the event area.
