About Biosalus
A national festival dedicated to wellness
The Biosalus Festival is the National Festival of Organic and Holistic Wellness that animates the historic center of Urbino, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, in the Marche region, every autumn. Founded in 2007 and organized by the Istituto di Medicina Naturale (Institute of Natural Medicine), it has become over the years one of the main Italian events dedicated to natural health, organic food, and sustainable lifestyles. The setting is that of the ducal city, a Renaissance jewel and UNESCO World Heritage site, which serves as the backdrop for a weekend of meetings, experiences, and discoveries.

The festival unfolds through several thematic areas distributed among the city's symbolic locations. The Collegio Raffaello, in Piazza della Repubblica, is the heart of the event and hosts the expo of natural products with leading companies in the wellness and organic sector. On October 3 and 4, 2026, the historic center of Urbino hosts the sixteenth edition of the Biosalus Festival, the National Festival of Organic and Holistic Wellness organized by the Istituto di Medicina Naturale. The Collegio Raffaello once again becomes the heart of the event, with the expo of companies in the natural wellness and organic sector.
As per tradition, the program combines conferences and workshops with health and prevention experts, naturopathy workshops, yoga classes open to all, the Herbal Festival, personal treatments, shows, and entertainment for families, along with the zero-kilometer market dedicated to the gastronomic excellences of the Marche region.

How to get there
Urbino does not have a direct train station: the reference station is Pesaro, on the Adriatic line, from which buses depart for Urbino. By car, it can be reached from the Fano-Grosseto highway (E78), Urbino exit. The historic city has limited traffic: it is advisable to use the parking lots near the walls (Borgo Mercatale, Santa Lucia) and go up to the center using the elevators and escalators.
Venue
The heart of the festival is the Collegio Raffaello, in Piazza della Repubblica, with events spread across the squares and spaces of the historic center (including Piazza delle Erbe).
