BELVEnerdì, the festival for Bra's young talent

In the heart of the town of Bra, in the province of Cuneo (Piedmont), the "Ettore Molinaro" Belvedere Gardens host BELVEnerdì every summer, an event entirely dedicated to the creativity and energy of Bra's youth. Overlooking the characteristic landscape of the Rocca, the Belvedere transforms for a few evenings into a large, accessible, and free open-air cultural venue.

A project born from the youth, for the youth

BELVEnerdì is conceived and organized by the Folle-Mente cultural association, a group of local young people who decided to provide the city with a concrete opportunity for gathering and expression. The goal is both simple and ambitious: to showcase local talent and create an inclusive meeting point where art, music, and new entrepreneurial ideas can engage. What started as a gamble by a few has quickly become one of the most anticipated events of the Bra summer.

What happens at the Belvedere

The evenings of BELVEnerdì unfold as a true mosaic of experiences. Along the garden paths, you will find:

• Creative stands featuring young entrepreneurs, illustrators, designers, and local artisans;
• Live performances by emerging artists, bands, and dance troupes;
• DJ sets that turn the Belvedere into a large open-air dance floor during the second half of the evening;

The typical format guides the public from late afternoon until late at night, with a natural transition from browsing the stands and watching performances to music and dancing.

BELVEnerdì is part of the rich Summer in Bra calendar, which animates the city's squares, historic courtyards, and parks for twelve weeks every year with music, festivals, open-air cinema, literary events, and sports. Along with the Zizzola park, the Belvedere Gardens represent one of the main hubs of this widespread summer program. For those visiting the Langhe and Roero regions, BELVEnerdì is the perfect opportunity to discover the young and creative side of Bra, a city synonymous with the Slow Food movement.
